Waitlist privacy
This notice covers only the Allun pre-launch interest list. It is operated by founder Abdelrahman Mohamed under the intended Arena brand. Arena’s incorporation is not yet complete.
What we collect
Your optional name, email address, testing interest, interest (doctor or patient), country, language, optional specialty, and the text and time of your consent. We do not ask for medical information, licence documents or payment details.
How we use it
To contact you about the doctor pilot or patient-booking availability, according to your selection. Joining does not create an app account, book an appointment or guarantee a pilot place. We send a confirmation email through Resend using our verified mail.medxbyarena.com domain. We record email confirmation, sending and delivery status. Availability updates require your email confirmation. Delivery means acceptance by your mail server, not guaranteed inbox placement. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 through Sites hosting, separately from Allun accounts and patient data. The founder and authorized administrators can review the list in Allun Admin through a protected connection to our existing backend. Resend processes the recipient address and confirmation message for delivery. A request already being sent may still arrive after withdrawal. Hosting providers process security logs and may use essential cookies. We add no advertising trackers. A short-lived hash of your network address is used to limit abuse.
Leaving, correcting or deleting your request
We retain your request for the purpose you consented to during the pre-launch period. The success page provides a private link to delete that specific request. You can also request correction, a copy, deletion of an earlier request or an end to contact at any time. Email us from the address you registered; we may need to verify ownership before acting.
